Base salary: starts at $150K for attorneys with 2 years’ experience; up to $220K–$250K for senior attorneys with extensive litigation or trial background. Commissions
Substantial percentage of attorney’s fees on resolved cases. Top performers currently earning $400K+ annually. 2–15+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. Strong experience with case management, client interaction, depositions, and trial preparation; trial experience is highly valued. Admitted in California and ready to work onsite in Orange County.
