You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of sophisticated, personalized customer journeys across multiple digital channels to maximize marketing impact and contribute to Okta's growth by placing Identity at the heart of digital interactions. What You'll Do Campaign Journey Architecture & Technical Implementation: translate marketing requirements into functional automation programs within MarTech platforms (e.g., Marketo, 6sense); design, build, and optimize multi-channel journeys delivering personalized experiences from awareness to advocacy. Hands-on Campaign Configuration: build advanced logic, segment audiences, set up testing frameworks, ensure correct tracking, and integrate data flows between systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, Outreach); maintain data integrity and hygiene. Funnel Optimization & Performance: optimize the end-to-end marketing automation funnel, analyze performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive data-driven improvements to convert and retain customers; lead A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns and journeys. Measurement & Reporting: establish KPIs and develop robust reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and provide data-backed recommendations for optimization. AI Integration & Platform Expertise: develop and evangelize AI/ML strategies for journey orchestration, including predictive analytics for segmentation, dynamic content personalization, and optimal engagement timing; oversee platform health and enable self-service capabilities for internal users. Collaboration: partner with xDR, Marketing Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless lead flow, consistent messaging, and integrated campaign execution across the customer journey; align automation with sales outreach strategies. Strategic Leadership & Team Growth: drive buyer engagement by analyzing performance data, signals, and industry trends to identify new journey opportunities; mentor and develop marketing automation specialists to foster a data-driven culture and ongoing improvement. What You'll Bring Core Expertise Campaign Implementation Mastery: 5+ years in a hands-on marketing role, with 2-3 years in a leadership capacity; ability to translate non-technical briefs into tangible automation within a major MA platform. Journey Orchestration & Delivery: proven ability to design, build, and optimize complex, multi-channel journeys that drive business outcomes. Platform Proficiency & Technical Acumen: deep experience with a leading MA platform (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot); knowledge of database management and system integration; 6sense certification required. Analytical & Strategic Skills Funnel Optimization: strong analytical skills with a track record of improving funnel performance through data-driven strategies. Translational Communication: ability to clearly communicate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders and translate goals into specifications. Tool Ecosystem Experience: experience integrating MA platforms with tools like 6sense and Outreach. We’d love to hear from you! Compensation & Benefits The annual OTE range for candidates in CA, CO, NY, and WA is $170,000—$256,000 USD. Canada-based candidates have a separate OTE range of $140,000—$210,000 USD.
