Stable company with tremendous opportunity for career advancement Have your contributions recognized Work with an experienced and energetic team Comprehensive, lucrative salary and benefits What You ll Do: Develop & Execute Sourcing Strategies Lead the creation, documentation, and execution of commodity strategies that support global supply chain objectives. Supplier Management & Onboarding Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on compliance, technical, and commercial criteria. Risk Management & Business Continuity Proactively assess and mitigate supplier and sourcing risks to ensure business continuity. Support Global Supply Chain Initiatives Align sourcing efforts with global supply chain KPIs (Cost, Quality, Velocity, People). Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure sourcing plans meet project and technical requirements. Project Management Manage multiple sourcing projects, including timeline tracking, stakeholder communication, and documentation. Strategic Support for Key Programs Support New Production, NPI (New Product Introduction), BOP, and Construction Services through sourcing strategies. Contract & Compliance Oversight Help manage contracts and ensure supplier compliance with specifications and regulations. Continuous Process Improvement Identify and implement sourcing process improvements in alignment with organizational standards. Contribute to Long-Term Supply Chain Strategy Support 3-5 year strategic planning and continuous capability building across the sourcing function. Experience You ll Need: Strategic Sourcing Expertise Working knowledge of sourcing processes including market analysis, supplier evaluation, and cost modeling. Supplier Relationship Management Extensive experience managing large or complex supplier relationships, including partnerships and quality standards. Project Management Skills Able to plan, track, and report on sourcing projects using tools like Gantt charts; familiar with cost/schedule/resource planning. Contract Management Working knowledge of contract creation, administration, and compliance requirements. Analytical & Critical Thinking Strong ability to analyze sourcing data, assess risk, and make informed decisions using structured methods. Cross-Functional Communication Experience working with diverse teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal) and managing competing stakeholder interests. Negotiation Skills Skilled in negotiation tactics focused on win-win outcomes; experience with complex vendor negotiations. Supply Chain Knowledge Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain functions and how sourcing impacts broader supply chain efficiency. Planning Capabilities Able to contribute to both tactical (1-2 year) and strategic (3-5 year) sourcing and supply chain plans. Educational & Professional Background Bachelor s degree + 10 years or Master s + 7 years in Supply Chain or related field. Preferred: Degree in Supply Chain and Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
