Overview
Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior DevOps Engineer in San Diego, CA to ensure the development, design, testing, and deployment of AEM assets and sites, as well as Adobe Marketing Cloud tools and products. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Sony is an EOE.
Responsibilities
Support the development, design, testing, and deployment of AEM assets and sites.
Work with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools and products.
Identify and resolve performance and DevOps scalability problems; work with Agile methodology.
Develop, troubleshoot, and fix single page applications (SPA) and front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular frameworks.
Leverage object-oriented programming using Java/J2EE, Java Server Pages (JSP), Java Messaging Service (JMS), and the JUnit testing framework.
Utilize web and networking technologies including Tomcat, Apache HTTP, and Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
Operate and maintain a continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline using Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, Maven, and automated unit testing frameworks.
Collaborate in an environment that may include telecommuting or working from home per company policy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related field or equivalent.
Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in content management with developer tools including building blocks for fragments, templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.
Experience identifying and resolving performance and DevOps scalability problems.
Experience with front-end technologies and SPA development.
Experience with Java/J2EE, JSP, JMS, and JUnit.
Experience with Tomcat, Apache HTTP, and CDN technologies.
Experience operating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub, SonarQube, Maven, and automated testing frameworks.
Salary range: $186,018.00 - $258,100.00/year
