Responsibilities
Provide HR business partnering services for managers across multiple locations and business units; develop, forecast, and manage project budget allocation, revenue and cash flows, and costs.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders; ensure timely and clear communication regarding project status, risks, and changes.
Apply earned value methodologies for revenue, cost, and schedule changes; develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), forecasts of estimate to completion (ETC), and estimates at completion (EAC).
Help implement and maintain processes and tools to manage project costs, schedules, and risks, supporting compliance and continuous improvement.
Understand all cost and revenue components of a project contract; create, update, and monitor SaaS billings and cost models for multiple programs.
Use SAP and other system tools for budgeting, forecasting, and project management; monitor project costs and analyze variances with the project operations team.
Participate in solving problems, monitor risk mitigation strategies, and execute risk management processes with the project operations team.
Support development and review of detailed integrated schedules in collaboration with technical leads and project managers.
Monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable for timely and accurate activity; prepare financial analysis and reports for internal stakeholders and management reviews.
Support internal and external audits and proposal development activities.
General Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum Job Requirements
Four-year college degree, preferably in finance or accounting, or equivalent years of experience.
Four (4)+ years of relevant experience.
Strong financial analytical skills; ability to analyze and understand how costs are derived.
Ability to present findings, give presentations, and address executives directly.
Cost accounting experience is beneficial.
SAP experience is a plus.
Scheduling experience is a plus.
Good working knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to prioritize, complete multiple tasks, and work under deadlines.
Adept analytic and numeric skills.

Compensation Cubic Pay Range
$31.00 - $45.43 + benefits.
