Responsibilities (implied in role)
Lead and mentor a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. Oversee culinary operations with a focus on elevated Mediterranean and Persian/Iranian cuisine. 2+ years of experience in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining kitchen Mastery of refined culinary techniques, including butchery, plating, and flavor development Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team Strong experience managing inventory, ordering, and cost control Commitment to health, safety, and sanitation standards Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of Persian/Iranian cuisine is a must What Will Set You Apart
