Job Description: Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels to provide the best possible counsel with a digital-first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on available deposit and loan products, and recommending solutions based on each customer’s goals and needs. This role emphasizes proactive outreach and collaboration with branch teams to serve clients, open new accounts, complete service requests, and educate clients on digital products and services to meet financial needs. The position leverages technology to optimize the client experience and uphold operational excellence and accuracy. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, with a background and credit check as part of the registration process. Failure to meet requirements may affect offer or employment status. Responsibilities

Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up, learning about their financial needs and channel preferences. Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating effectively. Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings. Provide a consistent optimal client experience, greet clients, and process basic transactions. Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Proactively educate clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services. Leverage available resources and technologies to optimize the client experience with accuracy and efficiency. Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Typically four to five years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training Preferred Skills/Experience

Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and support systems Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions Experience with digital products and self-service technologies Ability to identify a customer’s true needs with a digital-first mindset Demonstrated ability to make appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs Experience in the financial services industry is preferred Benefits

Salary range: $22.69 - $30.24, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs and retirement contributions.
