As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will have the chance to control your career in one of our retail stores. You will use your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills to create the ultimate in-store experience. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it. Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need. Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple. Foster a competitive drive and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment. Assist with merchandising and operational functions. What We Offer

Benefits are subject to plan terms and conditions. Sales Consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly pay with uncapped commission. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during the first 60 days are provided. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period: at least 40 hours per year in the first year, and 80 hours per year thereafter. Minimum paid sick leave depends on applicable state law. What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods (e.g., November–December). At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment. After You Apply
