Intralox, LLC is seeking a Project Manager for the Development Engineering Team in the Equipment platform. This role manages projects through Intralox's product development process—from ideation to fielded solutions. The Project Manager will work in Baltimore, Maryland to support the new product development team in creating innovative, high-value solutions for real-world problems. The candidate should be motivated to learn, able to navigate complexity, and demonstrate creativity.

Job Responsibilities
Manages product development projects in accordance with Intralox development processes.
Develops, monitors, and controls a detailed project plan with scope of work and schedule.
Plans, directs, and manages project-related tasks.
Works with internal stakeholders, the commercial team, and customers to determine project requirements.
Serves as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders and communicates information to the right audience at the right time.
Conducts risk assessment on projects and mitigates risks for activated work.
Manages project team capacity, identifies resource constraints, and facilitates prioritization and trade-off decisions with stakeholders.
Applies expert-level project management concepts, practices, and procedures to drive project completion.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to navigate complex topics and problem solve to remove obstacles and resolve project issues.
Experience managing projects with a large development scope and many interdependencies.
Ability to turn loose front-end problem statements into actionable requirements.
Outstanding communication skills; ability to align goals and tailor communication by development stage and team.
Strong documentation and meeting facilitation; effective at risk-taking, making assumptions, and validating plans.
Technically minded with the ability to understand and communicate mechanical and electrical design concepts.
Self-driven, motivated, inquisitive, and able to adapt quickly to new information.
Travel: approximately 10%.
Requirements
B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university
5+ years of Project Management experience
Understanding of Project Management processes and best practices
Experience working in cross-functional teams
Proficient with MS Project, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD
Effective verbal and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills with engineering, operations, customers, suppliers, and contractors
Travel required (~10%)
Desired Qualifications
PMP or formal Project Management training
Product Development Project experience
Experience working in manufacturing organizations
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Working knowledge of Smartsheet
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, responsibilities, experience, location, education, and key skills. Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply regardless of salary expectations.
Salary Range: $60,700 to $164,900. The position is eligible for commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to plan terms.
