Senior Manager – Fiber Connectivity Product Group

Key Responsibilities:
Direct the global strategy and product portfolio for fiber optic assemblies and connectivity solutions.
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product managers, with responsibility for both current business and future expansion.
Drive financial performance, including pricing, margin management, and cost optimization.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and design new product opportunities, leveraging contract manufacturing to support rapid scaling.
Engage with global customers and C-level executives to identify business opportunities and shape market direction.
Develop and present compelling business cases for new investments and product launches.
Travel domestically and internationally (25–35%) to lead the business and engage with key stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven expertise in the fiber optic industry, with deep knowledge of fiber assemblies and connectivity.
Demonstrated experience managing a significant P&L (ideally $100M+), with a track record of scaling business units.
Bachelor’s degree required; an engineering background and MBA are highly preferred.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
Experience working in a global environment, with a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
Advanced skills in Excel, written and verbal communication, and crafting presentations (PowerPoint and other formats).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and make strategic decisions with confidence.
Compensation Range:
$125,000 - $180,000
