Contribute to a practice environment that supports flexible scheduling, including full- and part-time options. Collaborate with teams including general surgery, pediatrics, tele-neonatology, and a PA to deliver comprehensive care. Compensation & Benefits
Employed position with a salary guarantee between $430K and $475K. Sign-on bonus of $100K with fully paid relocation. Shareholder status offered after year 1; annual incentive bonus based on the group\'s gross production. Health insurance, malpractice coverage, retirement plan, dental, and additional benefits.
