office, you will help us verify that building systems perform to design intent and deliver long-term value for our clients. Key Responsibilities

Manage commissioning projects across diverse market sectors, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget performance. Lead and coordinate commissioning activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and other critical building systems. Develop and manage commissioning plans, specifications, schedules, and reports. Facilitate communication among owners, designers, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues and maintain project momentum. Oversee functional performance testing and documentation, ensuring compliance with design and industry standards. Serve as the project’s primary client contact, building strong relationships and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Mentor and support staff on commissioning procedures, best practices, and professional growth. Expertise Of Our Most Successful Commissioning Project Manager

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or Sustainability Management from an ABET-accredited program LEED AP Building Operations and Maintenance Certification Qualified Commissioning Process Provider Certificate (QCxP) Project Management Professional Certification 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment commissioning building systems or leading commissioning projects across MEP disciplines Successful management of large and complex projects for sophisticated clients in healthcare, laboratories, infrastructure, higher education, mission critical, industrial, or R&D facilities Demonstrated leadership on projects and with staff Strong track record of highly satisfied clients Skills to Succeed

Strong spoken and written communications skills Excellent organization and time management Quick technical comprehension and focus on client outcomes Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Effective working independently and within team environments What You Can Expect
