We seek a visionary leadership to drive this transformation and an execution-focused CEO to lead our US-based manufacturing sites. Position Summary:
The CEO will participate in developing and executing the company’s long-term strategy with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, customer focus and strategic growth in Aerospace, Medical, and General Engineering industries. This individual will provide leadership across all areas of the business including operations, finance, sales, engineering, and quality, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and market demands. Dual Site P&L ($30-50Mio). Integration of newly acquired company. Part of the TASE global core leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and help to set the vision for the company’s growth in Aerospace, Medical and General Engineering sectors, with focus on North America and the Global Market. Drive operational excellence across operations, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain. Identify and execute growth opportunities including strategic partnerships, key account development, and potential M&A. Ensure compliance with industry standards such as AS9100 (Aerospace) and ISO 13485 (Medical Devices). Foster a culture of continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, etc.), technical innovation and ESG. Build and lead a high-performing executive team across functional areas. Represent the company to customers, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies. Manage financial performance, P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability and sustainability. Oversee risk management, including supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, and technological shifts. Achieve high double-digit CAGR growth. Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience with a minimum of 10+ years in a senior executive role, ideally as CEO, President, or GM in an Aerospace manufacturing environment. Strong background in CNC machining and/or advanced manufacturing processes. Deep understanding of and successful track record in Aerospace and Medical Device industries. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as AS9100, ISO 13485, FDA, ITAR, etc. Demonstrated ability to scale businesses, lead change, and drive profitability. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related fields. Lean/Six Sigma background MBA or advanced degree preferred. Preferred Attributes:
