We’re seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our tech transformation. This is a builder’s role—ideal for someone who can architect and execute, code and collaborate, and turn vision into scalable reality. You’ll start as a one-person tech team, rolling up your sleeves to automate workflows, build proprietary AI tools, and optimize our clinical and operational systems. Responsibilities
Develop and deploy AIpowered tools for documentation, scheduling, billing, and compliance Automate internal workflows and integrate with Homecare Homebase EMR Design and implement custom APIs, scripts, and fullstack solutions Analyze current operations and propose techdriven improvements Ensure HIPAA compliance, data security, and infrastructure reliability Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams to translate needs into tech solutions Build and lead a lean, highimpact tech team over time Qualifications
7+ years in software development, with 3+ years in a leadership or architect role Strong experience in AI/ML development, preferably in healthcare Proficient in Python, Node.js, or similar languages Familiarity with EMR systems (especially Homecare Homebase), HL7, and FHIR standards Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and fullstack development Ability to work independently and iterate rapidly in a startuplike environment Strong communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills Why Join Us?
