Job Summary The Vice President, Corporate Information Technology & Security Risk Management will lead all aspects of global IT infrastructure and security strategy, operations, and cybersecurity risk management. This executive will ensure IT support and priorities are aligned with business goals and protect the organization against cyber threats. This leader will continue IT transformation efforts as part of a larger focus on digital transformation. This position will require close collaboration with each of our business leaders and their respective IT Applications teams. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role requires a strategic and operational leader who can collaborate cross-functionally, navigate a regulated environment (FDA, HIPAA, GDPR), and scale enterprise-wide technology systems globally.

Responsibilities Technology Strategy & Operations

Develop and execute the global IT strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans

Lead enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud and network security

Drive IT modernization, integration, automation, and data analytics

Oversee IT service delivery and end-user support across global locations

Cybersecurity & Risk Management

Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy

Establish and enforce information security policies, standards, and best practices

Conduct risk assessments and manage compliance with FDA, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, and other regulations

Lead incident response planning, breach mitigation, and forensic investigations

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor a team of 5 direct reports and ~100 employees globally

Work closely with business leaders and IT Business Application teams

Serve as a key business partner to executive leadership

Communicate technology risk and performance metrics to the executive team and board-level committees

Manage vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships

Budget & Resources Management

Oversee department budget ensuring ROI and cost-effective operations

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support innovation and scalability

Qualifications Required/Preferred Education and Experience

BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field required

MSc/MA preferred

CISSP, CISM, or other security certifications a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 10+ years in a senior/executive role

Experience in a highly regulated industry—medical device or healthcare preferred

Proven track record of leading large-scale IT transformation and security programs globally

Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), risk management, and compliance

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
