Sr. Financial Analyst, Operations Consolidations — Join to apply for the Sr. Financial Analyst, Operations Consolidations role at Cepheid, a Danaher operating company. The role focuses on standardizing scalable processes and improving reporting efficiency, enabling leadership to act quickly in a dynamic business environment. This position reports to the Sr. Finance Manager, MFG. FP&A and is part of the Manufacturing Finance team located in Sunnyvale, CA and will be an on-site role. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to month-end and forecast cycles through consolidation, reporting, tracking, and analysis of Global Operations Finance data, support the annual budget cycle, and lead headcount reporting and related reconciliations. Responsibilities
Lead the consolidation, reporting, tracking, and analysis of financials for Global Operations Finance as part of month-end and forecast cycles Support the annual budget setting process including calendar/deadline tracking and support of key schedules (Operations Spend, Headcount, etc.) Lead reporting of headcount including reconciliations and month-end variance analysis Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent discipline Minimum of 5 years of relevant FP&A experience Preferred/Additional Experience
Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Hyperion, BPC, OneStream, Power BI or equivalent in a manufacturing setting; advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, if-function) Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; ability to think critically and be customer-service oriented with a high sense of urgency Proven self-starter with ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment; ability to cultivate relationships and communicate effectively across the organization Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $101,000-$128,000 annually. This range is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off and health/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan to eligible employees.
