About the Opportunity:
A respected national litigation firm is seeking a
Litigation Attorney
to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a diligent, hard-working, and talented lawyer to handle
complex cases at both the state and federal levels . The firm operates from eight strategic offices nationwide and represents clients in
high-stakes litigation
with a focus on
insurance defense and transportation defense .
What You’ll Do:
Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance defense, transportation defense, and other complex litigation matters
Represent clients in court at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
Develop case strategies in collaboration with experienced trial attorneys
Manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision
What You Bring:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in [State(s)] (additional bar admissions a plus)
1-3 years of litigation experience preferred, ideally in insurance or transportation defense
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume caseload independently
A proactive, team-oriented approach to litigation strategy
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience + performance-based bonus
