high-performing Associate Attorney
who is ready to lead cases from start to finish, collaborate with a skilled legal team, and provide intelligent, ethical, and aggressive representation. You\'ll be supported by a strong infrastructure while also having the autonomy to run your own cases and mentor others. What You'll Do Manage your own caseload from strategy session to case closure Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts Lead settlement negotiations and contested hearings Supervise paralegals and mentor junior associates Ensure timely and high-quality legal filings Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings Stay on top of CLE and firm compliance protocols Hit individual revenue targets and track billable hours in CLIO What We're Looking For JD from an accredited law school Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar 5+ years of family law experience Minimum: 20 marital settlement agreements Strong written and oral advocacy skills Skilled in negotiation and courtroom strategy Excellent communication and emotional intelligence Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate Why Join?
