This role will assist with a broad array of matters, including sophisticated and complex litigation cases. Handle fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions and participating in mediations. Communicate with opposing counsel and clients. Appear in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a leading accredited law school. Admission to the state bar of Illinois. 3+ years of experience in complex litigation matters, ideally gained within a large law firm setting. Strong research, writing, and communication skills. Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Opportunities for equity partnership.
