Provide expert legal advice to clients on probate, trust administration, decedent estates, and guardianship. Draft, revise, and finalize various legal documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide informed legal counsel. Represent clients in court proceedings, demonstrating strong negotiation and advocacy skills. Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure favorable client outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and case law that could impact clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their legal needs are met. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar. Minimum of 1+ years of experience with probate, trust administration, decedent estates, and guardianship. Proficient in family law and capable of handling complex legal issues. Excellent legal research and writing skills; ability to draft clear, concise, and effective documents. Strong analytical skills and ability to provide practical, strategic legal advice. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
