Director of Finance

to join its leadership team. This role is ideal for a candidate with an

investment banking background

who thrives in fast-paced, transaction-heavy environments and is eager to drive both strategic and operational finance initiatives. Overview

The Director of Finance will serve as a key business partner to the CFO and executive leadership team. This individual will lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes, while also supporting M&A activity, capital markets execution, and growth initiatives. The role requires a highly analytical, execution-oriented finance leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver insights that drive value creation. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Finance Leadership:

Partner with the CFO and executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that support growth, capital allocation, and long-term value creation. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, insight, and alignment with company strategy. Transaction Support:

Apply investment banking expertise to evaluate strategic opportunities, build complex financial models, and support M&A due diligence and integration. Capital Markets & Investor Relations:

Prepare materials and analyses for lenders, the board, and other stakeholders; manage ongoing investor reporting. Performance Metrics:

Build and monitor KPIs and dashboards to track financial and operational performance, supporting executive decision-making. Process & Systems Optimization:

Drive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and scalability. Qualifications

7+ years of progressive finance experience, including

investment banking

and corporate finance roles. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution skills. Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth or transaction-heavy environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-level executives, board members, and investors. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA highly preferred. Why Join
