Engage in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for roles across the organization. Recruit from a diverse talent pool representative of our customer base. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters supporting professional roles at various levels. Drive innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent while aligning with organizational goals. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture with a strong emphasis on client service and candidate experience. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, employing a consultative approach to recruitment. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations by staying informed on recruitment best practices. Manage workload distribution, prioritize critical roles, and remove barriers to team effectiveness. Drive operational excellence and embed best practices across recruitment processes aligned with business goals. Leverage recruitment technology, analytics, and market insights to support decision making and measure success. Recommend process improvements, partnerships, and technologies to enhance talent acquisition services. Serve as a point of escalation for complex or high-impact hiring needs; collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team on requisitions and projects. Perform and support other Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned, with a focus on long-term goals. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Experience supervising a team is required. Strong leadership and team development skills. Certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS are preferred. Previous corporate recruiting experience in financial services is strongly preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office; ability to analyze and present data for decision-making. Experience with an applicant tracking system; Workday experience preferred. Ability to learn and apply new recruitment technologies quickly. Knowledge of recruiting metrics, compliance, and relevant laws; ability to apply them effectively. May travel within the Bank’s footprint as needed. Excellent customer service focus, initiative, proactive response, and ability to manage workflow with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities; ability to track and manage up-to-date information. Salary Range
$75,502.00 - $124,039.00. Individual base pay may vary based on experience, education, location, and business needs. Eligible Associates may receive discretionary and formula-based incentive and retention awards. Benefits
