The Opportunity: The Central Sales Strategy and Operations team is responsible for defining and driving the strategy to support our digital experience enterprise sales team. Reporting into the Head of Central Sales Strategy and Operations, this global role focuses on driving revenue growth and retention strategy and operations in partnership with sales operations teams. The role will define Adobe's global retention forecasting cadence and operating model and work closely with global sales leadership to drive improvements in recurring revenue operations. Responsibilities

Leverage structured problem-solving techniques to drive operational rigor and improve processes across Adobe's sales organization, with a focus on retention strategy and renewal growth Develop and implement frameworks to measure the health of the retention business Analyze raw data to find actionable insights, detect risks and opportunities, and suggest solutions for how to bolster the performance of our sales teams and products Collaborate with Finance, Sales, GTM, and other collaborators to successfully implement central initiatives Be part of a high-performing team with rich opportunities to develop as a leader Help build the Central Operations team by improving methodologies, mentoring others, and leading engagements end-to-end Learn the Digital Experience Cloud business and develop your network by collaborating with leaders across Adobe, including Sales and Operations Qualifications

MBA or equivalent experience Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with familiarity building models and exec-facing presentations 5-7 years of analytical and quantitative problem-solving experience, including conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels Comfort working through ambiguity and building structure around abstract problems Ability to understand the big picture and prioritize issues objectively, focusing on specific details Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work Curiosity, initiative, and the desire to experiment Demonstrated passion for digital experiences and/or cloud technology Desirable but not essential

Work experience at a leading technology company, strategy or economic consulting organization Experience crafting GTM strategies/Sales Operations with practical understanding of the technologies and tactics necessary for execution Deep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,700 -- $251,800 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
