Hardware Test Engineer
to join our team for an exciting project with one of our esteemed Fortune 500 clients, based in
Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Role:
Hardware Test Engineer Location:
Sunnyvale, CA
Overview Role: Hardware Test Engineer. Location: Sunnyvale, CA. Onsite.
Responsibilities
Debug and troubleshoot issues at both the electrical and hardware levels.
Analyze power consumption and signal integrity measurements.
Proficiency in using lab test equipment and conducting hands-on testing.
Understand schematics and PCB design; work with layout engineers as needed.
Utilize CAD tools such as Cadence Allegro and Altium.
Familiarity with interfaces and protocols: MIPI (C-Phy and D-Phy), I2C, I3C, and SPI.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong basic EE knowledge and ability to read schematics.
Experience with PCB design.
Ability to analyze power consumption and signal integrity measurements.
Proficiency in using lab test equipment and conducting hands-on testing.
Proficiency in CAD tools such as Cadence Allegro and Altium.
Familiarity with MIPI (C-Phy and D-Phy), I2C, I3C, and SPI protocols and interfaces.
Understanding of SIPI to guide layout engineers.
Preferred
Experience with high-speed interfaces.
Knowledge of scripting for test automation and data analysis (Python preferred).
Experience in EE design (Schematics, Layout).
