As an IAM Implementation/Validation Engineer, you\'ll spearhead the SailPoint ISC implementation by designing, documenting, configuring, and rigorously testing the system. Your role involves seamless application onboarding, troubleshooting integration issues, and creating effective reporting capabilities. You\'ll develop test plans, execute UAT, and ensure compliance. Additionally, you\'ll create SOPs, templates, and accelerators to streamline processes. Embrace Agile practices by running sprints, managing JIRA boards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. This is a dynamic opportunity to drive a critical identity governance initiative. Responsibilities
2+ years of experience with identity management platform implementation, with a strong focus on testing and validation 1+ years\' experience in implementing IGA solution, including application onboarding, tool configuration, and comprehensive testing Proven track record in creating test plans, designing test scripts, and managing the user acceptance testing process Strong attention to detail in documentation, configuration, and troubleshooting Knowledge of compliance requirements such as SOX and CMMC is preferred Nice to have
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Agile Practitioner) is a plus Relevant certifications in IGA platforms or functional consulting are a plus Eligibility Requirements

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states listed is: $93,400—$176,200 USD Legal notices
