Overview

Research Assistant Professors – Hematology/Oncology at the University of Chicago’s Department of Medicine, Section of Hematology/Oncology. The appointees will conduct academic research in association with a faculty member or team and contribute to translational research in Developmental Therapeutics and Immuno-Oncology by leading projects that enhance innate immunity against cancers refractory to immunotherapy. The appointees will build internal and external collaborative partnerships, participate in the preparation and writing of grant applications and reports, and write scientific manuscripts. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent on qualifications. The Biological Sciences Division, other academic units of the University of Chicago, and UChicago Medicine are all contained within one compact campus in Chicago’s Hyde Park. The appointees will join a vibrant center of scientific discovery and innovation with ample opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration, both within and outside the Biological Sciences Division. Qualifications

Hold a Ph.D. degree in cancer biology, immunology, or a related field. Have completed postdoctoral training. Application process
