Job Title:
RevOps Manager Employment Status:
Full-time Office Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday in office, Wednesday WFH option Location:
Boston, Massachusetts Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 base + variable comp + equity options
The role Join a world-class, cutting-edge team where you won’t just manage systems, you’ll build the engine that powers revenue growth. As a Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of scaling a high-growth B2B SaaS business. This is not a “maintenance” role, you’ll be the
builder, operator, and optimizer
behind the processes, insights, and tooling that fuel our go-to-market engine. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership to design and run the systems that drive predictable growth.
About you You are a builder-operator at heart—equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to dig into data and processes for gaps as you are rolling up insights to leadership. With experience launching CRM processes and training, you know how to drive adoption of the systems you create and optimize them to leave teams better than you found them. You bring a bias toward action and results, and act as a strong business partner, forging cross-department connections while developing a deep understanding of the pain points of the teams you support.
You’re also a translator who can turn large, complex datasets into actionable, quantifiable insights that tell a story and guide decision-making. Clear communication is one of your strengths: you speak up, raise opportunities for improvement, and consistently deliver projects on time and in scope. With admin-level experience in CRM and GTM tooling, you balance the always-on work of onboarding and cleanup with the strategic, high-impact initiatives that push the business forward.
Responsibilities
Finance & Tooling Alignment: Develop tight alignment between Sales, Finance, and Marketing by ensuring CRM and financial reporting systems speak the same language. You’ll establish clean revenue data flows, align deal metrics with bookings and revenue recognition, and collaborate with Finance to improve forecasting accuracy.
GTM Tooling Optimization: CRM and sales tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and beyond). You’ll refine processes, evaluate gaps, and implement automations that reduce friction and increase seller productivity.
Pipeline Hygiene: You’ll build and enforce processes to keep opportunities accurate, timely, and complete. Then, you’ll use the resulting data to surface insights that show leadership where deals accelerate, where they stall, and what needs to change to boost velocity and value.
Insights & Reporting: Deliver real-time dashboards, attribution models, reporting frameworks, and forward-looking insights that empower leaders to act, not just react.
Required Skills
Must have 3-5 years demonstrated experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations role, in a B2B SaaS environment. At least 1 year working specifically in Sales or BDR operations is a big plus.
Proven track record of launching clean, holistic processes for GTM teams that drives efficiency and data hygiene without undue burden
CRM Mastery! Deep experience with HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce, managing Users, Lead flow, Deal pipeline, reporting, and data governance.
Tech Stack experience - Hands-on experience with GTM tooling like Outreach.io, Chili Piper, Orum, data enrichment tools, Zapier, and CPQ.
Excellent communicator, comfortable presenting updates to the wider GTM org as well as leadership.
Proven track record of effective automation - Builds logic in CRM and related systems that accurately produces expected results and adds value within our systems, rather than incurring technical debt or siloed process.
Cross-functional prioritizer - Manages priorities across multiple departments and stakeholders, effectively managing timelines and delivering the right projects at the right time.
Preferred Skills
CRM Administration
Proficiency in GTM Tooling
Data analysis and storytelling
Project and stakeholder management
Pipeline and Forecast accuracy
Executive presence and communication
What We Offer
Competitive compensation
Work in an exciting field with a positive impact on the world
Opportunity to learn and grow as part of a global team
