Aesthetic Injector (NP, PA, or ARNP) — Naples, FL • Full-Time • On-Site • Competitive Compensation We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Aesthetic Injector to join our growing practice. Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand goals and build long-term client relationships Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care Educate patients on products, services, and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results Maintain treatment rooms in compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards Collaborate with team members to deliver best-in-class client experiences Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and marketing events Mentor newer team members and contribute to a positive, growth-focused culture Set and meet performance goals for treatment outcomes and client satisfaction Qualifications
Valid NP, PA, or ARNP license (required) 1–2 years of hands-on experience with injectables in a MedSpa or aesthetic clinic OSHA and HIPAA certified (or willingness to obtain) Experience with lasers, microneedling, body contouring, or skin tightening is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about aesthetics, patient safety, and continuing education Behavioral Traits
