Project Director , you'll oversee large-scale power projects from simple cycle to combined cycle plants managing multidisciplinary teams and full EPC lifecycles. You'll be the strategic force behind execution, navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
Lead gigawatt-scale power projects across the U.S.
Looking for Single Cycle and/or Combined Cycle (combined )
Manage cross-functional teams: project managers, engineers, construction leads
Oversee full EPC lifecycle: engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning
Drive schedule, budget, and critical path management
Collaborate with 3550 internal team members and 3040 external vendors
Communicate with executives and motivate teams through complex phases
Adapt to evolving project scope, design, and execution challenges
Qualifications
7+ years in engineering, project controls, commercial development, or operations within oil & gas
Bachelor's degree in engineering
Proven success managing large-scale projects (>1 GW for East; combined cycle for West)
Strong leadership and team management experience (proven driver of team performance)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and motivational skills
Technical and project controls background
Willing to work extended hours on tight timelines
Skills & Certifications
PMP certification ; PE licensure a plus
Proficiency in Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project, and Power BI
Deep understanding of technical engineering or project controls
