General Position Summary

Produce sales gains by providing customer service. Meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics. Learn to provide consistent, documented appraisal of an associate’s sales performance and give feedback on areas of strength and opportunity, aligned with Company Objectives. Adhere to current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness. Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the Company Dress Code Policy. Principle Duties And Responsibilities

Generate Sales: provide customer service to achieve sales gains; meet/exceed Company Objectives; give feedback on sales performance; maintain visual standards and professional appearance. Additional Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Supervise Associates: participate in training programs, set goals, assist in recruiting and training store personnel; ensure compliance with policies; perform work of subordinates as needed; communicate with employees at all levels; other duties as assigned. Job Required Knowledge & Skills

High school diploma or equivalent plus one year relative experience. Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate a computer and related software programs. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; climb a ladder; work with hands overhead; standing up to 100% of the work time; ability to work unsupervised. Preferred Job Required Knowledge & Skills

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above local minimum wage based on experience. Assistant Store Managers PT are also available for monthly store sales bonuses and a 40% employee discount. Education
