Overview Senior Developer with strong technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, both online and on-premises.
Responsibilities
Handle analysis, coding, testing and quality processes for CRM tasks.
Design security model and configure out-of-the-box settings integration.
Develop with Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, and CRM Administration.
Hands-on development with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and related tools.
Integrate MS CRM with third-party systems using middleware tools (KingswaySoft) and APIs (REST, OData) or SSIS packages.
Leverage Azure services for integration (Azure Functions, Service Bus), PCF controls, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems.
Establish DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms using standard DevOps tools.
Demonstrate problem-solving, analytical skills, and the ability to clarify business requirements.
Think independently and be solution-driven; evaluate alternative approaches and select optimal solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum 8-10 years of experience; strong technical skills in MS Dynamics 365 (online and on-premises).
Experience in designing security models and configuring out-of-the-box capabilities.
Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, and CRM Administration.
Hands-on experience with C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and MSD developer toolkit.
Experience with MS CRM integrations and 3rd party integrations using middleware tools (KingswaySoft) / APIs (REST, OData) / SSIS.

Technical expertise in setting up DevOps pipelines for CRM systems on cloud platforms with standard DevOps tools.
