Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules (incident, problem, change, request, CMDB, asset, knowledge, service catalog, reporting, etc.). Develop integrations with third-party systems and APIs. Create and maintain workflows, UI policies, business rules, and scripts to automate processes. Support data conversion tasks: mapping, transformation, imports, and validation. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and production. Ensure developed solutions comply with City security and performance requirements. Provide technical documentation for developed customizations. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 3–5 years’ experience developing on the ServiceNow platform. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Hands-on experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, JSON, MID Server). Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices. Certifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD). ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, Discovery).
