is seeking to hire a full-time Certified Water Mitigation Tech - Project Manager to serve as the first responder for water-related emergencies for residential and commercial customers. The role involves experience in water mitigation/restoration and an opportunity to build a career while helping rebuild lives.

Compensation and Benefits : Competitive wage of $34.00/hour. We offer an exceptional benefits package including extended health plans (medical, dental, and vision), paid holidays, continued education, and up to $15,000 in yearly performance bonuses.

About The Flood Guys The Flood Guys is a family-owned and operated Water & Fire Restoration service with offices in Seattle, SeaTac, and Lake Stevens/Everett. A Day in the Life of a Certified Water Mitigation Tech - Project Manager You are a first responder to restoration job sites and manage the client relationship through the entire process. You provide top-rate customer service through calls, scheduling, and on-site assessments. With attention to detail, you inspect the site, document findings, and prepare an estimate. You direct your crew with strong leadership, work actively alongside them, and ensure timely, efficient completion of jobs. You troubleshoot problems in the field and provide proactive solutions, helping customers recover and rebuild with care.

As you restore homes and businesses, you remain courteous, professional, and involved in the entire water, fire, or mold remediation process. You take pride in your work and contribute to a loyal customer base.

Restoration Technician Qualifications

Certified as a Lead Renovator with AHERA, WRT, AMRT

Able to work in confined spaces and environments containing mold and dust

Valid WA state driver's license with a clean driving record

Willingness to respond quickly when scheduled for on-call rotations

Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

Local and within 40 miles of our office location

Work Schedule This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week mitigation position that requires a rotating on-call shift, including some weekends and holidays.
