Senior Leasing Consultant - Inland Empire Upland, CA MG Properties is a property management company with over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States. We focus on enriching lives — physically in our community buildings, philanthropically through giving back to local communities, and through the development and growth of our employees. We are seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Stoneridge Apartments in Upland, CA, and other properties in the Inland Empire. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, using professional sales and marketing techniques and strong customer service skills to maintain high occupancy at the property. Responsibilities
Meets and greets prospective residents in a timely and friendly manner. Qualifies applicants for apartments in a thorough and timely manner. Coordinates with maintenance staff to ensure smooth move-ins for new residents. Maintains thorough and up-to-date rental files and accurately enters rental data into the computer. Prepares leases and oversees the signing of leases by new residents. Assists in completion of monthly administrative tasks and keeps the property’s paperwork organized and complete. Interacts with residents in a professional manner to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely payment of rents. Qualifications
1 year of property management experience preferred Excellent sales and customer service skills Desire to work in a team setting with a company that promotes from within Compensation and Benefits
$23-$25/hr DOE Monthly bonuses Accrues 10 days paid time off per year 10 paid holidays and 2 paid personal days per year 40 hours of paid sick time 401K with employer match Medical, Dental, Vision, Employee Assistance Program Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Spending Account Rental Discounts Equal Employment Opportunity
