Medical Coder – Surgery Specialty (5+ Years Experience) . Location: San Francisco, CA. Salary: $60,000.00-$85,000.00. Employment type: Full-time. Responsibilities
Accurately review and code surgical medical records. Ensure compliance with ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines. Collaborate with billing teams to reduce denials and improve reimbursement. Maintain coding accuracy and productivity benchmarks. Stay updated on coding standards and policy changes. Requirements
