Overview

The selected candidate will assist the FAB USA Country CRO to sustain operational risk and fraud risk processes and harness a strong risk governance framework covering FAB Franchise in International Location. The role includes development, implementation, management and assurance of group-wide Operational Risk, Fraud Risk and BCM governance to enable secure banking operations, mitigate risks and ensure compliance. Work closely with Group Risk Management units to establish group methodologies, policies and procedures in International Location. Build, produce and regularly update the risk report suite to ensure consistency with the bank\'s risk tolerance. Key Accountabilities

Governance:

Manage the Operational Risk, BCM and Fraud Risk framework for Country and Group Risk & Compliance Committee; provide regular risk reports to the Country CRO and assist committees in risk decisions. Strategy Development and Implementation:

Contribute to formulation and delivery of the FAB Franchise in International Location risk strategy; maintain and improve risk management frameworks and tolerances in line with group strategy. Operational Risk:

Oversee Operational Risk management, report risk profiles, implement mitigation actions, roll out policy, set up KRI & RCSA, monitor thresholds, review losses and incidents, and prepare regulator reports and capital adequacy related to OR. Fraud Risk Management:

Manage fraud risk framework, coordinate with FAB USA Compliance and Group Fraud Risk Team, educate on fraud matters, report status to risk committees, and ensure no overlap with IT/Information Security. Business Continuity Management (BCM):

Drive BCM framework in line with group policy and local regulatory requirements; coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing; maintain DR site readiness and incident logs. Change, Relationship & Reporting:

Manage change processes, maintain stakeholder relationships with ethics and prompt issue resolution; ensure timely and accurate functional reports per location and group requirements. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; MBA preferred. Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM preferred. Minimum 15 years of banking experience with at least 5 years in a senior enterprise risk management role. Senior/Employment Details
