In this role, you will sell ADP's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions at accounts with more than 50 employees. With our sales training, you will connect with both new and existing clients to sell products that help employees achieve retirement readiness. If you prefer consistency, this role may not be a perfect fit. Each sales process, client interaction, and day will be different. What you'll do
Responsibilities Grow Our Business While Growing Yours.
You will work independently and with teams in your geography to close sales, win business, and achieve sales targets.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans.
You will implement a sales strategy targeting decision-makers and business owners to build a network and secure new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family.
You will cultivate additional business within existing accounts while building lasting relationships.
Collaborate Daily.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, internal partners, and your network while upholding ethical standards.
To succeed in this role:
Required Qualifications Proven Winner
. You have a strong track record (5+ years) of outside B2B sales, including prospecting and territory management.
Positive Self-Starter
. You are upbeat, persistent, can cold call, manage your time, and present ideas clearly in writing, in person, and over the phone.
Team Player
. You can work independently and collaborate with other ADP Sales Associates.
Trusted Advisor
. You build relationships, act with integrity, and deliver on promises.
A college degree is not required. If you don’t have one, acceptable experience could include: Five+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience
Military experience — we value the discipline and problem-solving abilities veterans bring and provide an environment to continue making an impact.
Bonus points for these:
Preferred Qualifications Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and FINRA Series 6 and 63 licensing are a plus; candidates with strong sales acumen will be considered for licensing within the first 45 days of employment.
Existing relationships with Financial Advisors in the assigned territory are a plus.

Apply today! Base salary offers vary by location, skills, and experience. Some positions include bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $56,100.00 – $121,500.00 per year. *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state, and local laws.
