We are seeking an Email Marketing Specialist with proven experience in developing data-driven digital campaigns. This role will focus on targeting and segmentation strategies for direct retail investors, managing lead generation, and executing personalized email campaigns that drive awareness and influence investment decisions. The ideal candidate will bring both strategic and hands-on execution skills, balancing creativity, analytics, and collaboration across multiple business functions. Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement segmentation and targeting strategies for retail investor campaigns. Build and manage lead generation campaigns and email nurture programs to expand the investor database. Leverage data to drive campaign decision-making, monitor performance, and optimize results. Personalize email content based on audience behavior, preferences, and demographics. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Design, Compliance, and CRM teams to ensure integrated campaign execution. Maintain and manage the email marketing calendar to ensure timely campaign delivery. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Must-Have Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in email marketing strategy and execution, ideally within B2C and/or financial services. Strong track record in lead generation and multi-channel campaign management. Hands-on experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for formatting and troubleshooting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities; able to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Self-starter with analytical problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work with urgency and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Financial services or investment industry experience. Familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign analytics tools. Why Apply?
