What You’ll Do
The Assistant, Digital Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the agency\'s social media strategies. This role supports the VP, Digital Marketing and works closely with the CMO, talent agents, publicists, and the creative team to ensure the agency\'s and its clients\' digital presence is engaging, on-brand, and impactful. The ideal candidate is a professional, fast-moving and strategic thinker with knowledge of social media, and the ability to collaborate across the agency. Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop and curate engaging, original content across various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). Account Management: Manage and monitor multiple social media accounts, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner. Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that align with talent launches, events, or strategic agency objectives. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations to optimize content and strategy. Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on emerging social media trends, tools, and platform updates to enhance strategy and keep the agency\'s content competitive and innovative. Talent Collaboration: Work closely with talent agents to create content that reflects the image and brand voice of individual clients. Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with audiences and engage with fan communities to increase brand loyalty. Creative Development: Collaborate with designers, videographers, and photographers to produce high-quality multimedia content. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the entertainment or talent management industry. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later). Strong writing and copywriting skills. Experience with photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Knowledge of SEO and social media best practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Creative thinker with a passion for entertainment, pop culture, and storytelling. Preferred Skills
Experience in social media marketing or talent relations. Organizing and coordinating social media initiatives. Ability to experiment with different styles, strategies and formats to connect with target audiences. Exemplary communication skills. Ability to work effectively with others. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to the fast-paced nature of the entertainment industry. Able to be nimble and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes. Perpetual learner’s attitude, always looking for ways to improve processes and learn and grow. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player with a strong work ethic and high level of confidentiality. Work Environment
This role requires in-office attendance with some remote flexibility. Occasional evening and weekend work may be necessary for special events, client engagements, or urgent content pushes. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$15.75 hourly (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum wage thresholds) Hiring Rate Maximum:
