Position Summary The
Third Party Reproductive (TPR) Coordinator
serves as the primary point of contact for intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates, guiding them through the reproductive process. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate professional who can provide education, support, and coordination between patients, clinical teams, and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the reproductive journey for intended parents, egg donors, and surrogates, providing education and emotional support.
Serve as liaison between the clinic, surrogacy/donor agencies, and internal teams.
Maintain accurate and thorough records in eIVF and related databases, documenting conversations, treatment plans, and outcomes.
Ensure all medical screenings, consents, and financial requirements are completed prior to cycle start.
Monitor appointments, lab results, and treatment progress during the cycle; communicate updates to patients and agencies.
Follow up post-cycle with donors, surrogates, and intended parents regarding results and next steps.
Participate in process improvement, staff education, and quality assurance initiatives.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of medical office experience; fertility experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and practice management software (eIVF preferred).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide patient-centered care.
Work Environment
Medical office setting, interacting with patients, clinical staff, and external partners.
