Brown and Caldwell is seeking a design delivery leader for our largest and most complex water and wastewater design projects. This senior level position will manage wastewater, water resources, and/or infrastructure planning and design projects and maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients. Manage and execute work on wastewater and water utilities and industrial facilities including wastewater treatment, water treatment, advanced water treatment, pumping stations, and bio-system facility planning and design. Prepare reports, construction plans, specifications, calculations, equipment selection, and cost estimates for various projects. Direct multi-discipline design project resources and interface with clients. Meet budget and profitability goals for assigned projects. Maintain existing clients and develop new client relationships. Provide consultation in specialized areas, make decisions, and solve problems. Contribute to improving company resources and tools to enhance design production and efficiency. Prepare and present to clients for project technical meetings. Ensure quality of work products within the project budget and schedule. Supervise and mentor teams of project engineers for project delivery and professional growth. Supervise direct reports; evaluate annual performance, manage performance, mentor and train. Desired Skills and Experience

B.S. degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering; Master's degree is a plus. 15+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in related experience preferred. Professional licensure (Mechanical or Civil) required; license must be current and in good standing. Demonstrated strong project management skills. Ability to balance client needs with multiple priorities including project management, design, bidding, and construction management services. Strong technical writing skills. Experience in marketing, proposal writing, proposal management, and public presentations. Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to conduct effective presentations and prepare written reports. Salary, Location, and Benefits

Salary range varies by location and is based on the employee's primary work location and may be higher or lower depending upon skills, experience, and education. Location A: Salary: $145,000 - $199,000.
