Oversee daily operations including scheduling payroll inventory and facilities, making every detail count Hire, train and develop a high-performing team of Shift Coordinators and Scoopers, sharing human kindness and building strong foundations Set clear expectations and coach your team with generosity and consistency, creating a culture where people show up fully and support one another Deliver hospitality rooted in curiosity and care, transforming everyday moments into moments of wonder for guests and teammates Use data and insights to drive results in sales, labor and guest experience, asking good questions and acting with thoughtful curiosity Navigate challenges, celebrate wins and help your team grow with clarity and compassion Strengthen community relationships and represent Salt & Straw as a thoughtful, generous presence in your neighborhood Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the success and sustainability of your shop What Youll Get
