HCA Midwest Health Neurosciences Service Line is comprised of four neurologists. The neurologists are vital to our care delivery team, focused exclusively in the outpatient setting, further enhanced by six advanced practice providers and a team of stroke coordinators. The service line also includes 14 neurosurgeons with a variety of subspecialty interests within the context of a general neurosurgery practice. Our program, which encompasses the largest neurology market share in the Kansas City area, includes one comprehensive stroke center at Research Medical Center with four primary stroke centers positioned across the South Kansas City corridor. As a member of the neurosciences team, you’ll be joining HCA Midwest Health, the area's largest healthcare network and private-sector employer, with 150+ locations including hospitals, outpatient centers, physician clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and an array of other services to meet the healthcare needs of the greater Kansas City area. The Kansas City region is a two-state region home to more than 2.5 million people with a vibrant business community and access to a wide range of amenities.
