Where You'll Work: Swedish Medical Center-First Hill (6,000 annual deliveries); Swedish Issaquah Campus (1,800 annual deliveries) Flexible Scheduling: Just 6-8, 24-hour shifts per month for work-life balance Diverse Clinical Experience: Support MFM and OB providers with deliveries, surgical assists, OB triage, and managing obstetric emergencies. Assist with routine GYN procedures for ED support, including diagnostic laparoscopy for ectopic pregnancies or torsions Academic Engagement: Teaching opportunities with OB fellows and residents in OB and family medicine Team-Based Environment: Collaborate with a maternal-fetal medicine team in a supportive setting Career Growth: Suitable for experienced hospitalists seeking impact in clinical care and medical education Sign-On: $20,000 About The Area

BC/BE OB/GYN Benefits And Compensation
Prior experience preferred, but not required Pay Range (Base Pay): $285,120 to $380,160 based upon number of shifts Health Insurance: Medical and Prescription Drugs; Teladoc Health; Teladoc Second Opinion; Dental; Vision; STD; Life; Spouse/child life; AD&D Other Benefits: HSA; FSA; Parental Leave; Sick Pay Bank; EAP; Fertility Benefits; Group policies; Identity Theft Protection; Charitable Fund; Continuing Education Assistance Retirement Benefits: 401(k); ESPP Note: ESPP and 401(k) eligibility and participation details apply per company policy. See official plan summaries for specifics. Paid Sick Leave: Eligible full-time team members receive 70 hours (or 8 days) per year; prorated after 90 days; unused leave does not carry over each year.
