**Location:** West Sacramento / Davis, CA### **Position Overview**The Complex General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and success of both the Home2 Suites West Sacramento and Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Davis. This dual-property role requires balancing the unique culture, service standards, and operational needs of each hotel while ensuring consistency with ownership objectives, brand standards, and financial expectations. The GM will act as the strategic and cultural leader for both properties, driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. This role also requires developing strong community, ownership, and brand relationships while fostering collaboration across both hotels.### **Key Responsibilities****Leadership & Culture** – Provide hands-on leadership for all hotel operations across both properties. Build, mentor, and retain high-performing teams; foster a positive, service-driven culture. Ensure strong communication, collaboration, and accountability among department heads at each property. Balance empowerment with oversight to maintain consistency and alignment with brand and ownership goals.

**Operational Management** – Oversee daily operations of both hotels, ensuring compliance with Hilton brand standards. Ensure exceptional guest service delivery and address service opportunities promptly. Implement and monitor SOPs to drive consistency and operational excellence. Partner with sales, revenue management, and marketing to maximize revenue opportunities for both properties.

**Financial Performance** – Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure plans for both properties. Monitor and analyze property performance, focusing on GOP, flow-through, RevPAR, and guest satisfaction scores. Drive cost controls, labor management, and efficiency while maximizing profitability. Provide clear financial reporting and performance updates to ownership and corporate leadership.

**Owner, Brand & Community Relations** – Act as primary liaison with ownership groups, providing transparency and regular updates. Ensure compliance with all Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites brand standards. Develop positive community and business relationships to enhance visibility and market share.
