Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced AI Technical Product Senior Manager to join our dynamic product management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development, launch, and ongoing operations and maintenance of AI-powered products from ideation through to execution. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, experience, and marketing teams to define product vision, gather requirements, and create a roadmap that delivers impactful AI-based solutions. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizen ship is required. What You\'ll Work On

Define and communicate the vision and strategy for AI products aligned with company goals.

Identify innovation opportunities through market and competitor analysis.

Build and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on customer needs, business goals, and tech trends.

Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.

Work with data scientists and engineers to turn AI capabilities into scalable features.

Partner with design teams to deliver user-friendly experiences.

Lead Agile product development and ensure timely delivery.

Share product updates with executives, sales, and customers.

Collect and use feedback to guide continuous improvement.

Set and track KPIs to measure success and inform future enhancements.

Monitor user insights and market trends to drive product evolution.

You Have

10+ years of experience in information technology or consulting

5+ years of experience with product management working with AI or machine learning solutions

Experience launching and managing complex projects from concept to completion

Knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science principles

Ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Bachelor\'s degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or Business field

Nice If You Have

Experience with vendor management, including vendor sourcing and contract management

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, including Jira or Trello

Experience developing presentations and product collateral for senior executive and corporate officers

Ability to demonstrate a passion for innovation and deep interest in emerging technologies

Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills

Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $142,900.00 to $266,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
