Managing Director
to
build and lead
their
expert services
offering focused on
forensic accounting, damages analysis , and
dispute consulting . This is a unique opportunity for a senior leader to shape a practice from the ground up while working with top-tier law firms and corporate clients on high-stakes financial disputes. Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams delivering expert services across financial disputes, economic damages, forensic accounting, and investigative matters Oversee the development and presentation of expert reports, valuations, and damages analyses in litigation and arbitration contexts Act as a trusted advisor to attorneys and clients, providing strategic insights on complex financial issues Drive business development by nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and supporting brand-building efforts Mentor and develop junior professionals, fostering technical growth and leadership potential across the team Requirements
10+ years of experience in forensic accounting, dispute advisory, and expert services, including expert report preparation and damages analysis Strong academic background in accounting, finance, economics, or statistics;
CPA or equivalent credential preferred Proven leadership in managing complex engagements and high-performing teams Outstanding communication skills, particularly in expert witness or client-facing contexts Demonstrated track record of building client relationships and contributing to commercial growth Must bring an
existing client base or book of business valued at $2M+ annually Seniority level
