Overview The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin is seeking a fellowship-trained Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist to join our multispecialty, physician-owned, independent practice. The individual selected for this position will meet our patient’s needs by providing care for a fast-growing oculoplastic practice. Interest in cosmetics and aesthetics is encouraged. Training in neuro-ophthalmology is also preferred. Trauma calls are minimal.

Practice The Eye Clinic of Wisconsin is a large, well-established multispecialty eye practice offering services that include optometric services, retina, glaucoma, oculoplastic, pediatric, neuro-ophthalmology, cornea, and comprehensive eye care.

The selected candidate will be joining an outstanding collegial working atmosphere, having state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment, ancillary support provided by excellent certified ophthalmic assistants, and a large team of support staff to perform administrative duties.

Eye Clinic of Wisconsin is one of the largest ophthalmology private practices in the Midwest, serving Central Wisconsin for over 6 years.

We have state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.

Our main office is in the heart of Wausau with satellite offices in Merrill, Marshfield, Antigo, Wisconsin Rapids, Stevens Point, Rhinelander, and Medford, all within an hour’s drive or less.

Fully trained and professional staff facilitate the entire patient experience.

Eye Clinic of Wisconsin physicians and staff are motivated by our mission of being the provider of choice for quality patient care in the communities we serve. Our clinic is comprised of twelve comprehensive/subspeciality MD/DO's, nine optometrists, one audiologist, and over 200 employees.

We are 2-3 hours away from Minneapolis, Madison, Green Bay, and Milwaukee.

We are located within the beautiful Wisconsin Northwoods, offering access to outdoor activities such as downhill skiing, boating, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, hunting, and more.

Compensation and Benefits

$450,000 2-year salary guarantee

2-year partnership opportunity that generates $200,000+ in passive income

Surgical cases performed in an on-site, clinic-owned state-of-the-art, certified ASC

ASC ownership with partnership opportunity with an additional $200,000+ passive income

Flexible schedule

Outreach travel 4-6 days monthly
