Responsibilities Operational Leadership:

Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.

Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs in Year 1 OKRs, 3-year vision, and 10-year goals

Act as a liaison between company staff and the executive team.

Orchestrate seamless collaboration between our Product Design Team and other divisions.

Strategic Planning:

Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth

Financial Performance:

With our CFO, oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant role.

Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.

Experience in fundraising will be a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.

Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.

Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.

Experience in a start-up environment a plus

Equity-Based Compensation As part of the SOULCHI team, you'll take part in our equity-based compensation model, aligning your success with the success of our business. We use the Slicing Pie model. The first phase is equity-based only, which we are currently in. Equity calculations move dynamically based on your fair market rate and actual number of hours worked. In the second phase, which happens at the break-even point, the equity freezes at each member's current earned percentage, and compensation switches to salary + benefits. Your equity percentage gets paid out annually as part of the profit sharing. This is more than a job; it's an opportunity to own a piece of the future.
