As Axon’s Senior Manager Quote to Cash M&A Integration, you will help ensure the success of Axon’s M&A activity and deliver a great customer experience as new products and customers are integrated. Axon is a serial acquirer, and this role will be a key player in achieving M&A goals and realizing planned value. This role partners with Corporate Development, the integration office, Product Operations, IT, Tax and NPI, developing and executing the integration plan. You will join an environment that favors agility, initiative and creative thinking, and you will use your passion, technical experience and strong problem‑solving skills. What You’ll Do
Develop, with stakeholders, the Quote to cash integration plans for Axon’s M&A. Lead project management for the Quote to cash aspects of integrations to ensure acquisitions are successfully integrated and customer experience is excellent. Act as a subject matter expert for integration teams on how to integrate acquisitions into Axon’s Quote to cash systems (Quoting, Billing, Revenue) and guide cross‑functional teams on best approaches. Develop playbooks for system data imports and best practices; refine them with each acquisition and drive end‑to‑end understanding of the order‑to‑cash cycle. Plan acquired offerings through the NPI process and coordinate setup and testing. Develop a deep understanding of the company’s order‑to‑cash cycle, focusing on process documentation and automation. Participate in Axon’s system roadmap and system design as a functional expert. Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives to improve and scale revenue‑related systems, including billing, revenue recognition, and quoting tools. Define and track KPIs related to integrations and quote to cash. Act as a strategic partner in evaluating, selecting and implementing new processes and technologies that enhance the quote‑to‑cash or order‑to‑revenue lifecycle. What You Bring
Passion for changing processes and applying automation in a complex environment. Experience in M&A integrations. Strong project management and communication skills. Experience in Quote to cash, including best practices in quoting, billing or revenue systems. Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (Excel, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and hands‑on experience using these tools for data analysis, workflow automation, reporting and collaboration. 5+ years of integration or project management experience in Quote to Cash. Recent public accounting experience or revenue experience with a publicly traded company is desirable. Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills for interaction with financial and non‑financial management. Experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required. Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting. Demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and timely delivery in a fast‑paced environment. Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and build consensus, driving alignment and adoption of solutions across diverse teams through strong communication, collaboration and strategic engagement. Location:
Hybrid presence based near our US hubs — Boston, San Francisco, Atlanta, Sterling, Denver, Seattle, or Scottsdale. This role follows a hybrid schedule with in‑person collaboration. Team members are expected to work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays and may work remotely on Mondays, subject to approved workplace accommodations. Pay Transparency Axon is a total compensation company. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 140,000 and USD 190,000, depending on geographic market and other factors.
